Why are the emails of the jot forms not coming to me?

    I have clients that are submitting the forms but they are not coming to my email. They were working (coming to my email) on 2/25/14. I have 4 submissions that did not come to my email after that date.

    Kindly follow the suggestions my colleague gave you and inform us through that thread if the issue persists. Please open just one thread per issue, that way we can avoid possible confusion among support staff, otherwise multiple different answers may get you confused.
