Refund for subscription for February

    I requested a subcription refund earlier this week. I changed the account back to a free account but did not know I had to cancel the subscription within PayPal. I did that and requested a refund. Can you please let me know the status and when I can expect it?

    Hi Cindy,

    Our apologies.

    The refund status is still pending, however it is already on the refund queue and our higher team will processed this anytime soon. Please expect the refund to reflect back on your account within 5 to 10 days as soon as it is processed.

    You will be updated on your previous thread once our higher team has processed the refund.
