The link took me to a plimus page which said my password isn't correct. Please downgrade my account to the free one.

Your Plimus password is different from your Jotform password. Go to this page to reset your Plimus password (for future reference).
Anyway, I see that your subscription has already been cancelled. Your account shall stay as Premium until the time you have paid for expires, which is on the 23rd of this month. Afterwards, your account will revert back to free status but your forms and data will remain intact.
