    Hi,

I am sorry to tell you but this is currently not possible with our Form Builder. The payment tool total cannot be affected by selections made on other fields in the form. What I can advise you to do is create 9 items for your Paypal payment form if there are 3 (A,B,C) x 3 (bronze, silver, gold) options for your product.

Let me know if you need more help with this topic. Thanks!
