    Can I place a form into a word document and then save that document as a PDF?

    If yes, which source code should I copy and paste into the document?

    Sorry, we are not able to redirect the responses on the forum to the email you indicated - you would have to open a new thread while logged out, then put the email in the thread question so that you will get notifications there...

    In any case, you can create pdf forms right here in Jotform -

    I take you want to create a fillable PDF form though - You can do this with Adobe Acrobat (On Microsoft Windows)
