    Thank you for your feedback.

I'm not sure how you want to implement it on your form, but I've prepared a demo that calculates someone's birthday based on what date it is today.

It utilizes the date -time field rather than the birthday picker:

The calculation is performed by the form calculation widget.

    Here's the form: http://jotformpro.com/form/40704233841952

You can take a copy of the form by cloning it, and examine how it works.

Let us know if this helps.

Also, please advice how you wold notify managers from the age calculation - would you lke to show or hide a field that shows that information so that the manager can know which pay rate to apply?

    Hi TitusN,

Cloned your age calculation on my form, but the numbers don't seem to work, I keep getting very large numbers.

    Eg: Date of Birth: 18/06/1984

    Today: 15/04/2014

    Age -days:  14036732.04

    Age - years: 38990.92

So the Age days/360 calculation is working, but the Today - Date of Birth is not.

i've tried switching the date format from dd/mm/yyyy to mm/dd/yyyy but this didn't seem to change it at all.

Can you help? My form is :

    Hello Bronwen,

I cloned your form and examined it.

You did everything right - So I could not point out what is causing the wrong calculation.

I made the following changes and fixed the problem:

    1. Deleted "Today's" default date field and replaced it with a fresh one

    2. Reconfigured the calculations to capture the date

    3. Set the Year's calculation precision to '0' decimal points

Here's the working clone - I have unhidden the hidden fields for demonstration's sake: http://jotformpro.com/form/41045060666954
