I have created a form with which to receive payments and I am concerned that there is no lock sign or indication on the form that the information is secure.
I only need to attain customer's card details to use on our card machine so won't be using paypal etc and I'm worried they will not want to enter their details if it doesn't look secure.
Any assistance/advice you can offer would be appreciated.

I am not sure if you're referring to the secure icon on the browser's address and status bar such as this:
or something that's similar to this:
The first one will be displayed on your visitor's browser if you share the form's secure direct link, such as https://www.jotform.com/11871521707
Take note that using a secure form will eat up your ssl submissions limit.
The second one, the Authorize.Net verified merchant seal, can only be displayed if you have an Authorize.Net merchant account. So far, those are the only 'security' indicators that Jotform can offer.
Hope I was able to shed some light into your question. Feel free to contact us again if you have other queries or concerns. Thank you and have a great day!
