Upon checking your account, I was unable to find any recent payment details. The last subscription payment was received on Dec 31, 2012 for Premium yearly. Your payment was due again on Dec 31, 2013 but paypal was unable to process the payment. Hence your subscription was cancelled on Jan 8, 2014 and your account was downgraded to free.
Have you upgraded your account recently? Do share the order reference number and we will take a look on why your account was not upgraded.
