Conditional sections of a form and merging an existing form conditionallyAsked by simonjean on March 01, 2014 at 10:23 AM
I need to create a conditional option that directs the user to complete either one set of questions or another set of questions, depending on the answer to the first question. For example, the first question is, "ARE YOU A TEACHER OR A STUDENT?" If the answer is "STUDENT," the student will complete just a few more simple questions; however, if the answer is "TEACHER," then there is actually a much longer set of questions to complete. I already have created a separate form that is the "TEACHER QUESTIONS FORM."
What is the easiest way to manage merging the TEACHER QUESTIONS FORM, for conditional use?
You can use the conditional logic settings such as the one provided to this guide: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry. Basically, group each fields into two. One for the Teacher and one for the students. This should work for your purpose. Of course, this is to avoid using multiple forms.

I see. My actual need is a little more complicated. This is my form:
The last questions are grouped in 2.
Can you please share to us the conditions you want to achieve in your form for further assistance?
