How can I duplicate a set of fields based on the number submitted by the user?

Asked by Tashism on March 02, 2014 at 03:59 AM

I want to ask the user how many additional people will be included on the form and list a set of fields to complete the specified number of times submitted by the user on this question.  How can I do this?

    Hi,

You can use our conditional logic (Conditional Logic on Forms) to create a skip to a page settings. But you can easily achieve your requirements when using our Show/Hide Conditional Logic settings. Please kindly check this guide: How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry

    Thanks
