Canceling subscription

    If I cancel my subscription will I still be able to access my submitted forms? How do I cancel my subscription?

    Yes, you can still access your forms. Please follow this simple steps on downgrading your account since you are using Plimus to pay your subscription.

    1. Find your Plimus username in the email that was sent to you when you first paid for your JotForm subscription.

    2. Reset your Plimus password by entering your email and Plimus username in this page:

    3. Login to Plimus then cancel your subscription.
