Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, is not designed for offline use or does not have offline functionality yet. The forms created by JotForm must communicate with JotForm servers to send the form submission.
However, a simple workaround for mobile use is to use an app that can create a spreadsheet in CSV or XLS format. You can put your data there for offline use. Then you will be using our Import Data App to import the CSV or XLS file into specific form that you precreated. Just make sure that the column labels matches what JotForm uses for CSV labels.
To know which labels are used, select your form and go to its Submissions Page.
Then download a backup of your form submissions in Excel or CSV format from the Submissions Page and you will see what JotForm uses for Column Labels on this specific form and delete all existing data and start using it on any mobile spreadsheet app.
Once, they have an internet coverage they can now use the Import Data App.
This is probably the easiest way to compensate for offline usage. There are other workarounds but needs a lot more work. If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you

Could you please help me, how can transfer this app on my ipad and then
connect with the import data app. Request you to please send a series of
step required to install the app on my ipad and make it functional.

Thank you for the update.
Since all of the apps are browser-based, you should be able to access them with ease - no transfer's or install needed.
You should be able to use the data import app using your Ipad:
The idea is to download the Excel Spreadsheet from the form as a template - then fill it out offline.
You can afterward upload the results to your form results using the data import app... so all of these can be done using your Ipad.
Otherwise, you would need to use an internet connection to use the live form.
Does this help? Let us know.
