I have set up a form to display on multiple pages, however I would like some users to be able to view the form on a single page, is there any known way to do this?

In order to better assist you I kindly ask you to share with us the form url.
What would be the criteria for the form to be presented on a single page (device used to access the form,..?)?
One option might be to create 2 versions of the form, one with multiple pages and other with a single page, and adding a button to the form giving the option to access the single page version. You can check the test forms I created and clone them if you wish:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40613905070951 (multiple pages version)
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40613553998969 (single page version)
In this case it is only a link, but it can be a button.
This is the code you need to insert in the html editor of the Text field:
<a target="_blank" href="http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40613553998969" >See the form in a single page</a>
The green text is the visible part of the hyperlink. The red is the hyperlink.
Kindly let us know if you need more assistance.

My form is here:
And what I wanted to do was send an email notification to someone that enabled them to edit the form on one single page, as opposed to making the original submitter go through multiple pages?

So, basically what you need is: To show a multi-page form to the actual form submitter, but show a one single page form to the person who receives the Edit Link through the notification of the submission. Is that correct?
If so, please let me inform you that it is not possible, the layout of the form while using the Edit Link to edit the submission will be as the same as the original form. There is no way to customize it.
However, if what you are looking for is to let the person who receives the notification to edit submission, then using the Edit Link will fit your needs.
First you need to know how to setup an email notification: Setting up email notifidations
While creating the notification you can include the Edit Link in the Compose Email wizard:
