I have two of your forms on my web site (lodgeattellico.com) last month they stopped forwarding to my email (firstname.lastname@example.org & email@example.com). They started back and now they have stopped commimg through again.
These were free forms but they must work or we don't get any reservations
can you tell me what to do

FYI, the reason why it stopped sending notifications is because one of your email ended in the bounce list due to the following reason.
firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.0 sender rejected. IB504 - 220.127.116.11
According to this reason, if I am not mistaken, your email service provider is rejecting messages coming from Jotform. Please check this article on how to resolved this issues. http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues. Please follow the suggestions on this guide, this would stop your form from getting this trouble again.
