Why is my email not receiving forwarded messages as of March 27th?

    I have my settings on my jotforms set to forward any submissions to my email account. Unfortunately, none of the forms after March 27th are being forwarded. I checked to see if the recipient was still the same on my forms and it was. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thank you!

    I checked your Email Notifications and Everything and found that your email got bounced into our list. This is fairly common when you are using a custom email domain. I've removed you from our bouncelist and I would like to recommend that you refer to this guide for additional details to help prevent this problem in the future.

    Additionally, if you need to you can always use our Bouncetool to check your email address(es) being used at any time and remove them yourself if need be.

    Result: hr@xxxxxxxxxxx.org is IN the bounce list
