I am using a jotfrom to create work orders for a video production company. The executive producer fills up the form and we receive it. Those forms are stored in a dropbox folder to keep everything in one place. The problem is that sometimes changes, asked by the client, have to be made to the final video. Is it possible to create annexes to an already created form, so we can keep track of all the changes the client makes. If not, it would be ideal to create another "annexe form" and have it stored in the same folder where the first work order was stored. Can you do that?

No it is not possible to add additional fields in your form while in edit mode but you can allow your submission records to be updated.
When you edit your submission records, it will also update the submission record in the integrated dropbox account as well. You can have one additional field in your form to track this information.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve. When you integrated your form with dropbox, it creates its own folder where the submission records will be saved. There is no way currently to save submission records of multiple forms in the same folder.
Hope this answers your query.
