    Hello Vic,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to open a new window after the form is submitted or do you want to redirect your user to URL after the form is submitted?

To Open new window: It is not possible to achieve this. For security reason, adding the script code in form / thank you message is now restricted. There is no way to achieve this within the JotForm editor.

Conditional redirect: Yes this is possible and the following guide should help you achieve your requirement:  http://www.jotform.com/help/57-Smart-Forms-Using-Conditional-Logic

If you want to use conditional custom URL and then open a new window, you can achieve this and here are the steps:

    1. Add a new html file in your own web server and add the JavaScript code to open a new window / popup window on page load.

    2. Use this html file URL in your form's custom thank you URL.

This will ensure that when your form is redirected to custom thank you URL, a new window will open.

Do get back to us if you meant to ask something else.

    Thank you!
