Unable to confirm email address change

    I changed my primary email address on my Jotform account. Jotform sent an email to confirm this change. However, when I click on the link, I receive a message that the site cannot be found (urldefense.proofpoint.com’s server IP address could not be found). I am unable to confirm my email change. This is urgent as my initial listed email account will be deactivated today.

    Please advise.

    This seems to be a message from some kind of firewall.

    Could you try to click on the link while connected to another network and/or via a different device?

    Great. I was able to use another device and open the link. Thank your for your prompt response and for resolving the issue.
