that form is not created by the account now.
I haven't do any registration before putting up the form, and the link is http://form.jotform.com/form/11932024289, thanks!

The form http://form.jotform.com/form/11932024289 was created by your guest account and not your free JotForm account (babymio). You can clone this form to your babymio free account so that you can access submissions when you log in to your JotForm account.
Please check out this tutorial on how to clone an existing form using its URL - http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL
It may also help that from now on, you use the URL http://www.jotform.com/form/11932024289 when embedding the form in the future
We hope you find this information useful. Thank you for using JotForm!

Thank you for using JotForm.
Unfortunately, I believe there's no way of accessing the submissions of a guest account. Anything that was sent before you signed up for a free account will not be retrieved. The only way to access the submitted information is to look into your email. Hopefully the data is still there. All guest/session accounts are given only 20 submissions. No information is stored and everything is forwarded to the email address that you've specified.
