This is the 2nd time that I have tried to get help on this question. After receiving a first response, no one responded to my return email.
I have set-up my form, so that the user can save it and then come back at later date. I used this function on another form and it worked well. However, it is not saving for this form.
Please keep in mind the situation here: The user is starting the form and then, closing it to save it to come back at another time. The form does work if you submit it and complete the entire form in one sitting.
Please let me know why it is not saving the information. The example form in the screen shot I sent you should have information that I typed in.

Thank you for contacting us.
What you need is to use the autofill feature so by not submitting the form and just by closing then reopen it changes are being saved.
Here's how to enable auto fill feature | save form entries to continue later:1. Edit Your Form2. Find and Click "Setup and Embed"3. Find and Click "Preferences"4. On Preferences Tab, find and click "Advance Settings"5. On Advance Settings tab, find and click "Edit Auto Fill Settings"6. Set to "Enable" and choose "Time" interval to save changes. Please see this sample that has autofill enabled http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40624639735965
