It says I have my submission limit, why?

I thought that we were alloted 100 submissions for the free account. My form submissions are being categorized as SSL for some reason. I had wanted the regular security level not the SSL.

I was notified that my forms are disabled. Is there any way this could be adjusted?

Pleaes note that the Regular submissions are different from SSL secure submissions. So, as general limits you have 100 submissions per month, but just 10 SSL secure submissions per month. So, you have exceeded the 10 SSL limit. I have reset your submission counter and your forms are available now, please note that we can only do this once only.

So, in order to help you to prevent your form from receiving SSL submissions, can you share the exact URL of the page where your form is embedded so that we can inspect it? I could not find it.

In the mean time please make sure that the Secure form box in the Embed Form wizard is unchecked:

We will wait for your reply.
