A customer just emailed me to tell me that my form doesn't work when she clicks submit. I have pasted her email below:
I am trying to order a Hogwart's acceptance letter for my daughter. I know it says to only click "submit" once, but I have clicked it twice now, and the only thing that happens is that the descriptive box for the "which late apology would you prefer?" pops up (she is 13; I specified that the letter is late; I had chosen the 2nd late apology option). Not sure what to do next...
Can you let me know why it's not working? Please let me know when it can be fixed. Nothing was emailed to me and the submission isn't stored in the "submission" area of your site, so nothing is happening when the button is clicked.

I tested your form and I had no issues to submit it, I was redirected to the Thank You page:
I also checked the submissions page of your form and my submission was there.
While inspecting the page where your form is embedded and I found that you are using the Embed code of your form. So, probably the issue is happening sometimes yes and sometimes not, the cause may be some script conflict between your form and your website. So, please try embedding the iFrame code at this time. Here is how to get the iFrame code: Getting the form iframe code
Once you have embedded the iframe code of your form, kindly as your user to try submit the form again. Then it should work correctly.
