I have a form that is not a secure form, but you have charged me for secure submissions for this form. Now my account is disabled. How can I fix this? I don't need the form to be secure. Thanks!

Thank you for contacting us.
Can you please share to us your website URL where your form is embedded? Make sure that you use http://form.jotform instead of https://secure.jotform.
I have reduced your SSL submission so your account will not be disabled, Take note that we can only do this once if your account has been disabled due to improper usage of embed URL you either have to upgrade or wait for the counter to reset back to 0 which happens every 1st of the month.
Please make sure to double check that you are using the non-secure embed URL.
If "Secure form" is ticket then you are using the SSL. Other reason on why you are getting secure submissions is that your website forces you to use SSL, an example to that are facebook they forces you to use secure forms when embedding to their site.

Thanks! I did check the form and the secure button was never checked, so I'm not sure how it happened. Here is the link to the web page that the form was on:

Your website is using a secure submission link. Please change it to http://form.
