The international Phone Number input widget dont's show with condition field Show/Hide. The input field get collapsed on firefox.
Why this is happenning please solve the problem.

I'm not sure what exactly is the issue, but I believe you are having difficulty adding the field you've highlighted on the screenshot to the conditional wizard rules for showing/hiding - right?
I examined your form, and I was able to add the field you highlighted on your form on the conditional rules wizard:
I would suggest that you save out your work, log out, then log back in again to add the field to the conditional wizard.
Please let us know if I somehow musunderstood your request.

My problem is not adding the 'Mobile Number of Company/Organization' field. I have successfully added it and applied condition to it.
The problem is normally the international input field is ok but when I am appling show/hide condition to this field and showing on browser then whenever I am selecting 'Mobile check box' in 'Company/Organization Contact' section the field 'Mobile Number of Company/Organization ' should show.
But instead of showing it is not showing cut off. Which I was trying to show with the red circle on the image.
I have examin the issue with firebug and found out that the iframe id="customFieldFrame_25" ... the default height is 10px and whenever I am increasing the height with firebug its showing gradually. See the screenshot => http://snag.gy/WUlFy.jpg
I am facing the problem in Firefox only.

Upon checking your form in Firefox, I was able to figure out the problem you are having. When the "International Telephone Picker" is displayed conditionally, the field height is cut and it only displays the part of the field. Please check the screenshot below:
Is this the problem you are having? I am reporting it to our back end team and they will take a look. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
