I would like to install a link in a report. Unfortunately I can not find any function to design around this field. The field will also be hidden.

    Thank you for the help.

You can use hidden boxes to insert your link. It will not be clickable in the submissions page but will display as a clickable link in HTML Table reports.

To insert a hidden box, click the hidden box or drag it to your form.

After adding the hidden box, click the Default Value button then type in the link. Be sure to use the complete url (with http://) so it becomes clickable in the html table reports.

Hope you find this answer satisfactory. If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know.

Thank you and have a safe weekend!

    Hi Neil,

Thanks again for the upgrade to premium;)

I have a question about the links: How it as you've described it there, but I have the problem that it opens the same window! Is there a way to put a link to where a new window opens?

    best regards

    Hi Marcus,

Yes, you can let the link open the page. Instead of entering the link in the Default Value, use the following  line:

    <a target="_blank" href=http://www.google.com target=_new>Google</a>

Please try it and let us know if it works for you or not. Thank you for using JotForm!

Our forum app automatically placed another target attribute in my response. You can use just one target attribute and you can choose any value except "_self".

I wand to use the "notification" to send each user a different set of documents, but they can only download it after they have agreed with the terms.

So I created a field (linkReport} where I paste fore each user the appropriate report. In this filed has the report/file URL at dropbox that wil be exclusively for each user.

Using a text area I put the a instruction so the user can click to accept the terms and open this text area to show the {linkReport} with the URL. How can I make this clicable?
