None of the conditions on my form http://studentcenters.gmu.edu/forms/kiosk-reservation/ seem to be working.  Why?  Please help us resolve this as quickly as possible.

    Hi,

Could you please specify which conditions are broken? I've tested a few at the URL you provided and they're working okay on my end. I have tested the following:

IF Type of Organization Is Equal To "Academic Project Work" SHOW Kiosk Privileges for Academic Project Work ...

IF Will Drinks and/or food be sold or distributed? Is Equal To "Yes" SHOW If yes, please identify the source of the food or beverage

From what I can tell, all of Show/Hide conditions associated with the "How many dates requested?" field are also working correctly.

We look forward to your reply.

IF Type of Organization equals xyz show.  - these seem all jumbled and not showing correct information.

Looking even more closely it looks like some of our conditions aren't even there anymore.

I found a few that had inaccurate "equal to" prompts.

Don't know what happened or how long the issue has been happening - a staff member just noticed some issues yesterday.

Condition 1 and condition 24 are the same condition.  This condition actually seems to work but I'm afraid that I will delete the wrong one and the whole form is crumble.  Which one should go?

There use to be a condition of If type of organization is equal to "SWam Vendor" show As a SWam Vendor, please make sure you sign up for eVA......

That has disappeared and now the information is shown at all times.

This is what I can see right now.  There could be more things that aren't working.  Haven't had a chance to check 13, 14, 15, 19, 20, and 22.

I don't know how to be more clear.

Look at the conditions of the form in question

    they don't work

I would apprecaite having someone to help me fix them.

    That's it.

    Hello mbombasi,

Unfortunately, we do not offer phone support.

Upon checking your form, I found that you have same if condition in multiple statement. Please check the screenshot below:

Conditions arent working Image 1 Screenshot 20

That means that you should have only one condition to match if "Type of organization" is equal to "For-Profit Organizations". As you can see in the screenshot above, you have two separate condition for same "IF" statement. Conditions work in order system and it will always execute the first statement and the second will never be matched. The same issue is with your other statements as well.

I would suggest you to please change your rule for same "IF" statement to something as mentioned in below example:

#14 If type of organization is equal to "For-Profit Organizations" Send For-Profit Response email to {email}, show Additional terms and conditions for commercial vendors, show Parking arrangements show Kiosk Privileges for commercial vendors.

#16 If type of organization is equal to "SWaM Vendor show Additional terms and conditions for commercial vendors, show Parking arrangements show Kiosk Privileges for commercial vendors.

You can see that I have removed the "For-Profit Organizations" condition from #16 and added the related action item in the #14 only.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you haev any questions.

    Thank you!

Nope didn't really help.  I've had to create various If type of organization conditions because if I want the same thing to show when either or type is selected what I want shown doesn't always work.

I think I found a solution to the problem I actually asked 12 hours ago.

For some reason a bunch of my If "type of organization" conditions defaulted to Recognized Student Organization - even though on the list of conditions it still says the original type or organization.

19 says If ‘type of organization” is equal to “Registered Non-Profit Organization”

    http://tinypic.com/r/j5bleb/8

But when you look at the condition wizard it says If “type of organization” is equal of “Registered Student Organization”

Kindly edit that rule again to make sure it contains the proper values. Do also make sure that no other rules are experiencing the same behavior to avoid any further conditional conflicts.

Do let us know if the issue persists with the conditional rule not taking the proper values.

    Thank you.

    @mbombasi

I've cloned your form and made some adjustments to the conditions.

Is the behavior of this form how you want yours to work? If so, please clone it and embed it in your page in place of your current form. If you would rather keep your current form, after cloning my form, carefully examine its conditions and reconfigure yours to match mine. I had to delete a couple of the original conditions and merge the rules from one of those conditions into Condition #1. I also added the condition to show the "As a SWam Vendor, please make sure you sign up for ..." back in. I don't know why that would have disappeared.

I didn't check the email conditions because no mention was made of those malfunctioning.

If my clone's conditions are still not correct, please let us know.

    Thanks
