do you offer after a client fills out the forms.. for them to sign the doc and date it.. to make it like binding
looking for like docusign --- do you offer that service.. having the ability to sign the form.. on teh person who fills it out. thank you
Unfortunately as of the moment JotForm does not have the
electronic signature feature.
What you can do is to create a required checkbox for accepting
the terms and condition and a textbox for users to fill in their initials.
You can also make use of the "Print Form" button to your form and then ask
them to print, sign and fax the filled form. You can enable print form button by
clicking on the Submit button and then selecting "Print Button" at the toolbar.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
Has there been any further discussion with intergrating with docusign?
There had no other discussions regariding docusign aside from this thread, jegeorge.
Let me submit a feature request to the development team of this feature. But I cannot guarantee that this feature can get implemented or be added to the pipeline anytime soon. But as soon as we have this feature added, we'll sure to let you know.
UPDATE: We have just released e-signature capturing for forms.
You can now add an e-signature question to your form and get your users to sign the forms they complete.
The DocuSign widget has been updated and is now live:
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
