Dear mum or sir,
I have sent an email explaining that my credit card was refused for an international transaction since I am in Brazil and I need to authorize my card for international use and that it will take effect in 3 business days meaning on max july 19 I will be able to upgrade my account. I asked for an extension of my limits till tuesday 19 and I was granted that by email. Now however, it seems that somebody else has revoked that extension and my jotforms are not working properly. I would like to know why the extension was revoked. Please grant the extension again till I have my card registered for international use on maximum tuesday july 19.

I can see that my colleague granted your request in the following
thread. The account was disabled by the system because you reached
the submission limit of 100. For the meantime I have reactivated your
account until July 19.
Your account will be monitored until you have successfuly upgraded.
