    Hello there,

I'm sorry, but I found no workaround to accomplish this. You may opt to use a single appointment field and ask users to submit the form twice—one for their 1st dose and another one for their 2nd dose.

    Thanks.

i think i can incorporate 2 appointment fields in 1 form which is less hassle to my users than 2 separate forms

    Hi there,

As a workaround, you can add 2 hidden fields, conditionally copy the appointment field values to the hidden fields in order to check equality. So you can hide the submit button conditionally.

    Demonstration on the form: https://form.jotform.com/212862309089966

    1. In the form builder add a Short Text element and name it to indicate the value of session 1. Also, enable the Hide field option.

    2. Right-click the newly added field, duplicate the field and name it as session 2 value.

    3. Add a condition that copies Session 1 into session 1 value. Repeat the same process for session 2 as well.

    4. Lastly, add another conditional to hide Submit button whenever the values of both fields are equal.

    5. Optionally, you can display a message to let the users know about the behavior. Add a hidden paragraph element to the form and edit the conditional.

Hi thanks for help... i also realised that if i have 2 appointmnet dates for users to choose ... they dont seem to base on a centralise calendar. meaning on 24/11 let say i should have 10 slots only... so on date 1 all these 10 slots are taken but on date 2 it still shows that 24/11 is available 10 slots (if no one chooses it)... how can we circumvent this? is there a centralised calendar function to tie all date1, date2 etc to ... i hope you understand my question thank you

Hi i have a situation as below:

As the coordinator of interview sessions, i send out a form to interviewers to collate their availability dates. Each person MUST choose minmun 2 dates (Date1 and Date2) and if they answer Yes to question "Can you commit more than 2 dates?" they can choose up to 3 more dates (Date3, Date 4 and Date5). From my experience with Jotform, these 5 dates are NOT TIED to a central calendar. Example i should have 5 slots on 24th Nov'21 when the 5 slots are taken up on Date1, Date 2 to 5 24th Nov'21 slots are still available instead of bening blanked out since Date1 5 slots is taken up. Is there anyway to circumvent this if the function of a centralised calendar that considers all Date 1 to 5 is not available.

I hope this clarifies thank you

    Hello there,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to have a centralized calendar.

    Hello there,

We can forward this as a missing feature to our team. Jotform reviews all feature requests we get and we spend a lot of time researching and working on new features, but at the moment, I don't have any details on if, or when, this will be released as we don't have a public road map. Whenever we do release new features, we'll announce them to all interested customers. We appreciate your interest and input!
