Bootstrap Modal with Jotform in it does not close properly

I realize this might be more of a bootstrap issue but I have a jotform form in a modal in bootstrap. When I click close or anywhere on the, screen outside the box, the darker background behind the modal doesn't remove. I have removed the jotform code and it works find.

Click The yellow get started button at the bottom.

With the issue you've mentioned and based on what I am seeing when I checked on this. I believe there is a conflict that is leaving the fadeout effect stuck on the page upon closing out your form.

I've spent a little bit of time trying to figure this out myself but it currently is turning into a bit of a humdinger here so if you don't mind I will need some more time to allow me to figure this out. As soon as either me or one of my colleagues is able to find a solution to this problem then we'll get back to you about this matter fairly quickly.
