    Hi,

I am new to JotForm and I am trying to find out if it is possible to use multiple Authorize.Net registrations and be able to direct users to the required registration?

We have a multi-tenant web server where ech of the customers (tenants) operates their own web site. We want to provide them with payment forms feature, but in a way that they each will accuire and maintain their own Authorize.Net account. This means that we should be able to direct users to the payment forms corresponding to their tenatns.

    Can jot forms accomodate this?

    Thanks!

    Hello vboyko,

Do you mean to say that you want to use multiple Authorize.Net account in one single form?

Unfortunately, we do not have such feature. Our payment forms are designed to integrate with only one Authorize.Net account.

To achieve your requirement, you will have to create one form for every customers with their respective Authorize.Net. Then you can direct your users to their respective payment form.

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello, ashwind_d!

Yes, this is what I had in mind - one form for each customer each with own Authorize.Net account.

Just wanted to make sure that Authorize.Net registration is per form and not per my account.

    Please confirm.

    Thanks!

    Hello vboyko,

    That is correct.

Please be noted that all integrations are per form and not per account. Example: You can integrate one form with paypal using "xxx@gamil.com" and use "yyy@gmail.com" in another form's paypal integration.

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
