    Order Form: Total amount won't be calculated

    Hello there,

    I found out this helpfull order form thing - exactly what I needed. I set up my form, but the total amount won't be calculated. What could be wrong?

    Is there a possibility to refer to the total amount in the Thank-You-Page or in the E-Mail which will be send to the user?

    Yet another question: How can I refer to the total amount in e.g. a mail-notification? Are there any possibilities?

    You can receive an email notification including the Total of the products that were chosen. All you need to do is to setup an Email Notification, here is how: Setting up an Email Notifications

    That way you will get the information of the form submitter along with the chosen products and the total:

    darn... form seem to be broken again :(

    Sorry about that.  I think there was a minor glitch that caused this to reoccur for you again but I've fixed this for you. Should this continue to happen more just let us know and we'll go ahead and push this matter over developers since at that point there is likely a bigger problem involved in this issue.
