Order Form: Total amount won't be calculatedAsked by mruettgen on March 07, 2014 at 06:57 AM
I found out this helpfull order form thing - exactly what I needed. I set up my form, but the total amount won't be calculated. What could be wrong?
Is there a possibility to refer to the total amount in the Thank-You-Page or in the E-Mail which will be send to the user?
Thank you in advance!
Thank you for contacting us.
Issue is now fixed kindly test your form again and let us know if the issue persists.
Yeah – great! It works! :) Thank you so much.

Is there something I do wrong? Just edited the form..
Sorry about that. I think there was a minor glitch that caused this to reoccur for you again but I've fixed this for you. Should this continue to happen more just let us know and we'll go ahead and push this matter over developers since at that point there is likely a bigger problem involved in this issue.
