why i am not getting the images upload from my clients?/

Hi,

Your form is working fine on my end.

Upon checking your form, I found out that Upload field is not set as required(*) which is the reason why they (users) can submit their entries/submissions without filling upload field.

So, to fix and avoid this from happening again, I would suggest you to set Upload field as required where users can't submit their entry/submission without filling it.
