    This is not working for me. Can someone help? I am following exact instructions - the Title of Questions is showing in Google Sheet but none of the answers.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Do you mean to say that integrated Google spreadsheet is not displaying any submission data?

    Please let us know the form with which you are having this issue with and we will take a look. Unfortunately I am unable to find any account with your email address to check your form.
