I cannot load my form to my go daddy website

Hi I created a form and am truing to add it to my website www.L3tennis.com

I have tried the iframe encoding but I keep getting a "soory website not found" message from Go daddy.

In any case, the best embed method for GoDaddy sites id the iframe method. Do make sure to use the code as obtained on this guide: Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
