Customer's email auto responder going to junk

    I did a test form and used my hotmail account and the auto responder email is going to junk.

    Is there anyway to resolve this problem? http://www.jotform.com/?formID=23046945459159

    Hi, this happening due to the autoresponder not beig set up properly, do not leave the "Sender E-mail" fields as "Please Select", leave it as noreplay@jotform.com or noreply@formresponse.com.

    What is the difference in the 2 choices?

    The difference is that one reflects the jotform domain, and the the other reflects a generic domain, which is a non-branded domain, but both belong to us, and work the same.
