I got the font color of the sub label to change ##FADCF0, but when I add to web page it is showing in drk. gray.

I noticed that you had your hash sign entered twice on your question.  Was this the same case on your actual form? If so, that's probably the reason why your custom color wasn't showing.  You need to have only one hash before the hex color (#xxxxxx).

I also don't see anymore any dark gray sub labels on your form, so I guess you were able to sort the problem out.
