I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to have both the recurring and onetime payment option in one single form?

Unfortunately, currently, its one or the other. You cannot have two payment question or two type of payment option in one form. You will have to create two different form and embed them in one form and show/hide them based on the conditions.
