    The Thank You page of my form appears blank

    My form works normal on Facebook tab except that when I placed a test submission, I got a blank white page after clicking the submit button. Anyone can shade a light on how to show the thank you page after submission? Thank you in advance.

    HI,

    Could you please share your facebook page where your form is embedded? That way we can reproduce the issue from our side and look for a solution.

    This usually happens when the form is so long and after submitting the form the page does not scroll up automatically so that user can see the Thank you message.

    Hi, 

    Just wanted to let you know that if I used the code for Facebook from the 'embed form wizard', I do get a white blank page, even if I scroll up. But when I used the code for iFrame from the 'embed form wizard', I can scroll up and see my Thank You Page. So I'm good now. Thank you.

    I have another question, I'm sorry if this isn't relevant to the thread. When I try to integrate MailChimp to my form, I entered the API keys, and then the form asks which list I want to use and so on, and on the next page (the match form fields page), I was able to match the email with the email field correctly, but on the second row, I cannot match the full name with full name field from the dropdown menu because the full name field does not appear on the drop down menu. Can anyone help me?
