What happens when I go over 100 submissions limit?

Asked by howiesruben on July 18, 2011 at 07:11 AM

if I set a form up on a free account but get more than 100 submissions will users be shown a warning preventing them from submitting the form, or will I lose any data?

I guess I would prefer that people can keep adding to the CSV file, but I can't download it until I pay, if that makes sense?

    All the best,

    Hi Ruben,

Once you reach the maximum number of submissions for your account, your form will not be shown in your website. Instead, this message will be shown:

The submission will not be successful and will not be reflected in your JotForm account.

I hope you find this information helpful. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
