I was trying to update the conditions on the form mentioned above. and I am able to set up that with no issue but when I go back to see it supposed to show me the selected field as highlighted. which is not happening for some reason. please advice.

The problem is that you have included the fields that trigger the condition, so they will never be visible as they expect this condition to be triggered to be visible, you should simply exclude these fields from the action, so the user can select an option and trigger the corresponding conditions:
Make sure to double-check this in all the conditions you have on your form.

Even if I change it. its still not showing the field highlighted on the Condition selection. so let say i come back to this condition week later and don't remember which fields are selected, how will I know that since there is no Blue Highlighted fields. or how will you know which fields I wanted to show? since its all blank and not selected.

Thanks for the additional details, seems like there was a confusion on my previous reply, I misunderstood your issue; however, I have performed a new test now and here is the result:
I used Chrome and Windows 10 on my test, may you please provide the browser and device details where you're testing on?

I am using the same Browser. And I just checked my other form as well so yes its not just one form all the form have same issue.

The issue may be related to a plugin installed on the browser, since the form works fine on my end and we are using the same browser. We have not received similar reports either.
May you please try using incognito mode and confirm if the problem persists?

Hi there,
I think I have managed to reproduce your issue,
as it looks, the selections aren't gone they are just not showing for some reason.
But if I click on the scroll bar they re-appear
