Error message observed in Mobile app: there seems to be an error! We are working on it.

    Whenever I try to access any submissions on the mobile app it gives me the shrug shoulder person and the message “there seems to be an error. We are working on it!”


    any ideas on how to fix?

    Thank you for contacting us, could you please try and uninstall the app and reinstall it then try and see if you can then access your submissions.
