Re-Integration Issues

    Hi! I have noticed a few of our forms have needed to be re-integrated to dropbox over the last week or so. I was curious as to what causes a form to need to be reintegrated?

    I am currently trying to re-integrate a specific form to Dropbox, however when clicking "Authenticate", the screen will load for a bit, and then default back to the same screen to have me try pressing "Authenticate" again, and the cycle continues.

    Any and all help would be appreciated - thanks!

    Hi Jovanne, yes - I just kept trying to re-integrate and eventually it worked! I guess my remaining question is if there is a specific reason for why a form would need to be re-integrated with dropbox - does it need to be re-integrated after a certain amount of time, etc? Just wondering. Thanks. :-)
