    Google Checkout Form: I am getting some forms returned but the payments are not going through to google checkout

    We are using Jotform so kids can sign up for a baseball camp.  I am getting some forms returned but the payments are not going through to google checkout.  Can you help??

    Do you see any error messages on the Google Checkout logs page?

    It is possible for users to complete the initial form but not the payment. You can see those submissions from the Pending Submissions button on the Submissions page. You can contact those users and ask them why they did not complete the payment. If they encountered a problem let us know the details and we will look into it.

    We would like for the form to reject their submission if they do not complete the payment.  If payment is not processed in X amount of days, how will we or the customer know that the payment was confirmed or rejected? There is only a pending area.  Contacting 20+people with varying schedules is really not an option and will take a lot of time.  How do we make the form so that the payment has to be made before it can be completed?

    On Pending Submissions you can complete or delete pending submissions. If you would like to contact them by email and ask them why they have not completed the submissions or if they want to send payment by check instead, you should probably keep a separate spreadsheet somewhere else like Excel or Google Docs, and use that. If you do not receive a response, you can delete them from the list and since you will keep track of them on a spreadsheet, you would know who you have contacted and who you have not. 

    Of course, the perfect scenario was if JotForm has the ability keep track of it on the Pending Submissions. So, I am adding this suggestion to our feature requests list.
