I'm trying to pull a report and an icon pops up saying that it's working and nothing happens.

It will help us provide you with better response and suggestions if you can share to us the URL of the website where we can check the report.
Please provide us more details so that we can check further.
With regards to IE browser, it is always suggested to only use the latest version of browsers to avoid any issue that could be related to obsolete application (i.e. old browser)
