Where are the files that people are submitting though my form stored?

Is there a central folder in my account to collect the .mov's that are being uploaded to my site?

    Hi creativetaco,

The place where you can retrieve the files uploaded by your guests is the submissions page of your form. If you have configured the Dropbox - JotForm integration, you can then get your files from your DropBox account. In addition, if you have Dropbox application installed and sync-ed into your desktop, it will be dumped automatically straight into your computer. For more information on how to set up DropBox - JotForm integration in your form - please click here.

You also have the option to receive submissions and uploaded files via FTP. You can set up your FTP account by going to the submissions page of your form and clicking the gear icon on the right side of the page. Then perform the steps as shown below:

We hope you find this information useful. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you for using JotForm!
