    I recently received a PayPal notice as follows. It's been a long time since I cancelled my JotForm premiuem package, and i'm wondering what this payment is about.

    Hello alexywagner,

    Upon checking our records, I found that we have not received any payments from you in March 2014. The last subscription payment we received on Nov 10, 2013 and you cancelled your subscription on Dec 06, 2013.

    I would suggest you to please check your PayPal account and see if there is any transaction on Mar 09, 2014.

    We will wait for your response.

    That payment was related to subscription  #S-5R508369KM6208830 

    Which you apparently subscribed to back in Sept 2013.


    I've completed 2 refunds

    Dear Alex, you should have also received in your paypal alexander.y.wagner@gmail.com  the remaining extra charges via Paypal direct payment from aytekin@interlogy.com
