Applicant 1 Form - The Last field and the Submit Button not showing

    Hi, I am getting to grips with JotForm, but when I preview my form, I have a missing field 'Do you have any other commitments' under 'Commitment 1' and can go no further?

     

    Please can you help?

    Hello Peter,

    Please add another page break at the bottom of your form.

    To prevent its visibility, hide the back and next button as shown:
