    See so far I like the app. Just one thing I am not like one who will instantly pay you money for your service. I first need to have firm believe. How long this free plan will for me? What will happen to my leads if I end your service today. Waiting for your response.

    You can have access to the free plan permanently. The free plan also gives you access to our features. The main difference between free and paid plans is the number of monthly submissions and the available space:

    But it is necessary to be within the account limits. If you go overlimit on the submissions your forms/account can get disabled until the counter gets reset to 0 in the beginning of the next month. To avoid having the account disabled you can limit the number of submissions on the form. As stated before you can maintain your free account for as along as you wish. But if for some reason you wish to delete your account, you just need to contact us and by request your account and the associated data will be deleted. But I repeat, this only by your request. If you have a paid plan and for some reason want to downgrade for a free plan, you can downgrade your account yourself or you can contact us to do that. Just do that at least 2 days before next billing so that you don't get billed again. But if you downgrade, both your forms and submissions will remain in your free plan. As the available space will decrease perhaps you need to delete or transfer your submissions so you can be in accordance with the new space limitations. Else, if you downgrade you will have less monthly submissions according to the pricing plans.
