    I need help Immediately!

    I have been sending client to you for several months and they are making forms to be used on their Mini Sites on our Domain http://www.FirstBlackAmerica.com We are not getting Notifications to our Emails @FirstBlackAmerica.com So I remember I had that problem with my personal JotForm Account and I had to contact you and you had to change some setting on your end. I would hate to think that everyone of my clients have to contat you individually with regard to this issue. Please let me know if Jot Form will be able to handle my needs. There is no way I would consider Upgrading if I cant even use a basic Notification system.

    The notification system works ok, but people must be sure they setup the email alerts the right way

    They must make sure NONE of the email settings are showing "Please select", the Sender Name, Sender Email specially should be mapped to a question in the form

     

    We recommend you to use noreply@formresponse.com  or noreply@jotform.com as the sender email address, if you want a custom "From" address, then you should apply this workaround

    If everything is correct , and still the email alerts are not working, then you must ask your Email service provider for domain @FirstBlackAmerica.com to whitelist our jotmail ip addresses and domains
